When I first started to work with her she ran a list of MLS listings and let me go over them and tell her what I liked and did not like. During my home search she would take hours out of her day and view as many homes as we could to find the best one. Trish would suggest areas to live based on what I was looking for. She understands the neighborhoods and the best areas with the best prices. When we put in a offer on the home that we feel in love with, Trish was in constant communication with me even when there was no information to give. I did not feel like a commission to her in any way. I felt that she was looking out for my best interest in finding what would be perfect for me and my family.
