Her realistic and detailed approach to presenting a viable ask price and letting us know how long it might take to sell our house was all based on research she presented to us in a very professional and easy to understand way. She did a wonderful job and we were very clear from the beginning and throughout the process. Trish is the best negotiator we've ever worked with. We were more than happy with all of the terms of the contract due to her abilities to negotiate what everyone needed. There were no surprises what so ever!
