She got our house under contract in 3 days for over asking, something I didn't think was possible when she first recommended a listing price far higher that I originally thought. But she explained in great detail why she came to that price, and her thought process was insightful and clear. She gave us very good feedback on getting the house ready, and kept in constant communication with us throughout the entire process. Sometimes when you work with someone so successful and so experienced, you don't get their full attention or fullest effort. That is not the case with Trish.
